Man wore school uniform to break in.

Remember the argument they have used for uniforms "Outsiders or non-students are easily recognized on campus."
A 15-year old girl was raped in a bathroom of Westbury High School in HISD by someone who just walked in off the streets.

The Standard Mode of Dress for Westbury High School is as follows:
SHIRTS
• Polo-style or
button-down, oxford styled shirts may be worn.
• Only solid colors
of white, blue or gray may be worn.
• All shirts must
have a collar.
• The length of the
shirt should extend below the hip but may not exceed the tip of the fingers when
hands are placed by the side of the body.
• Short or long
sleeves may be worn.
• Insignias or
trademarks must be no larger than 2" by 2".
PANTS
• Only khaki, navy
or black pants or denim jeans may be worn.
• Pants must be
belted and worn above the hips.
• No shorts, athletic wear,
coveralls or overalls may be worn.
• Female students whose tenet
of faith would be violated with the wearing of pants need to provide
documentation to the principal for approval to wear skirts. Student skirts must
be in khaki, navy, or black at knee-length or longer

The 15-year-old girl told investigators that she was in the restroom at about 9:55 a.m. when a man who was not a student walked in, Sandoval said.

"If you wear a white collar shirt and come up to this school in jeans, you can pass and go here.... " said Kristen Thornton.
More proof it doesn't protect students.
